Shipping Policy

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed with Americana Clothing CO within the United States.

1. Order Processing Time
The total order processing period is 1–3 business days.

2. Order Cut-off Time
Orders paid before 16:00 (4:00 PM) on a given day can be scheduled for shipment that same day; orders paid after 16:00 will be processed on the next business day. Orders are not packed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays; such orders will be processed on the first business day following the holiday.

3. Shipping Transit Time
Once the package is handed over to UPS for shipment, the delivery time is 3–5 business days.

4. Shipping Costs
All orders within the United States qualify for free shipping; no shipping fees are charged.

5. Shipping Areas
We only ship within the United States; international shipping is not available.

6. Logistics Partner
Our logistics partner is UPS, which handles both the transportation and final delivery of packages.

7. Order Cancellation
If an order has not yet shipped, you may contact customer service immediately to request a cancellation. We do not charge any additional service fees and will issue a full refund. Once a package has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled directly; subsequent actions must follow our standard return and refund policy.

8. Tracking Your Order
Customers with registered accounts can log in to view real-time order progress and tracking information. Unregistered users can check package status via the website's tracking portal using their order number and the email address provided at checkout.
Once an order ships, the system automatically sends a shipment confirmation email containing the UPS tracking number. You can use this number to view the package's location and transit status in real-time on the UPS website.
If you do not receive an email containing the tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact customer service promptly to verify the status.
